The 90 minute intensive health reboot is designed to get you started on a path to better health. It will give you the knowledge you need to make healthy changes to reduce your risk of chronic illness and help you live healthier and happier longer.

FAQs
Is this 90 minute session via phone or video call or in person?
In order to be available to most, the session will be either Google Meets or Facetime. If you prefer phone conversation, I will accommodate that as well, although I prefer the more personal face to face video style.
I haven’t worked out a day in my life and don’t have time to cook. Is this program for me?
Definitely! The point of this program is to make healthier living a life long habit, not apply a short term band aid to the problem. The beauty of this program is that it is not one size fits all. We discuss your goals and priorities, and find healthy habits that will work best for you and fit into your lifestyle, so that you are healthier than when you started the program, feel the difference, and continue to implement new healthy habits for years to come.
I know I need to make changes, because I can’t go on like this, but what if I don’t have time for a 90 minute session?
I will work within your schedule, and the investment in your health now is so important for future wellness. If two 45 minute sessions are more doable than one 90 minute session, we can make that happen. You just need to come ready to make yourself and your health a priority.
