Whole Body Health Reboot is a 90 Day Program that will help you turn extra weight, fatigue and poor health into something of the past. For 90 days, I will guide you to mindful nutrition, better cardiorespiratory fitness and muscular strength, and improved energy.

I'm a Medical Doctor who worked for years in a primary/urgent care setting. I became disheartened with the practice of treating diseases with medication after they occur, rather than empowering and educating people to take care of themselves to help prevent disease in the first place.
